For My Senses catering is run by Ashleigh Hays; a cook with a passion to share her ability to create delicious meals with the best locally grown and produced food, no matter where in the world she is.
For the most part of the year, Ashleigh is based in Australia's coastal paradise town Byron Bay, in Northern NSW. An area which lends itself perfectly to host some of the most picturesque events in the world, year round. However for 6 months of the year she is travelling the globe, setting up restaurants, catering retreats, expanding her repertoire, during which, you can expect exotic and captivating food stories to flow from her instagram @formysenses.
With experience cooking throughout Australia, Indonesia, Europe and Sri Lanka, she has accumulated a wealth of ideas and techniques that can be applied to any situation. From large weddings to intimate dinners, there has never been an event too unusual for Ashleigh to cater.
